During my senior year studying Graphic Communication, I had the opportunity to design and create an entire book from scratch in my book design class. With the help of my studies in layout design and typography, I formatted the contents of the book The Awakening, by Kate Chopin. I then chose my paper, sewed together the signatures, and hand-bound the book using fabric I turned into book cloth and leather.
